Medical grade fitness: it's our philosophy

From it, we've created an unprecedented fitness program delivered by highly qualified individuals.

Levels of supervision for quality and results

One of MedFit's most unique attributes is our tier supervised approach to fitness. It looks like this:

  1. You have an initial assessment with us, a plan is then customized and formed for you. Your goals, along with any asymmetries or limitations that were found during the assessment are what the plan is built upon.
  2. Your trainer then begins working with you according to the plan. Each session he or she takes notes on progress with exercises and creates a report at the end of the week on what was done along with any progress or issues that arose.
  3. Based on the weekly report adjustments and progressions are made to your plan. We find success is usually a moving target. Being able to make changes to the success plan is crucial to hitting that target.

Rather than your trainer building and implementing a plan solo, we utilize this team approach because we've found it leads to higher quality workouts and a better success rate in achieving client goals. Additionally if you approve, we can send your these weekly reports to your medical doctor so they are better informed of your program.

IN HOME OR OFFICE SESSIONS

Fitness sessions in the home or office- we come to you. This translates to less time out of your day and fewer obstacles in the way of reaching your goals.

We work hard to remove, “I don't have time," from the equation.

Training trainers to a higher standard

Our trainers education goes beyond traditional fitness. In addition to our tier supervised approach, we believe it’s important for our trainers to understand biomechanics (how your body moves) on a higher level.

To that end, our trainers are college educated in the field, and we require nationally accredited fitness certifications from our approved list.

Additionally, we work to constantly educate our trainers so they’re prepared for complications.
